A not-for-profit Alternative bookstore, it is run as a co-operative, offering two prices on all new items, a regular price and a member price. Both prices are below suggested-retail-price, so whether you're a member or not, you're saving by shopping at this little independent bookshop.
Membership is a measley 10$ for life, and involves buying a social share, which you can sell back to the Co-op, if you so wish.
You will find New and Used books, textbooks, t-shirts, buttons, DVDs, CDs, among many other curios. You can order books, sell your used books on consignment, and even sell your own publications etc. on consignment! These are among the growing services offered.
